The economy must really be in the tank if congress is rushing to send us money again. What do these insiders know that we don't that obviously is terrifying them so? And if congress thinks sending us tax rebates is good for the economy, why don't they just slash our tax rates instead and let us keep more of our own money? That would REALLY stimulate the economy.
